All traffic over a VPN is encrypted using algorithms to secure data integrity and privacy.Most VPN services out there are going to be secure as the standard encryption is 128bit to tunnel your whole internet connection to the VPN server.VPN is a much more efficient and effective way to do what a proxy is doing.
