Sony Cyber-shot DSC-TX55 World’s Thinnest Camera
Sony has just launched new compact camera, which is called the Sony Cyber-shot TX55. This Sony digital camera is comes with Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessa lens that paired with a 16.2 megapixel Exmor R CMOS sensor. Sony Cybershot DSC-TX55 is a super slim model and shoot images with redefined processing and digital zoom technology. The camera is just 12.2 mm thick being 5 mm less thicker than the Sony’s DSC-TX10.
The device features 16 MP EXMOR, 26mm wide angle lens with 5x recessed optical zoom. It’s capable of full HD video recording and 16.2MP stills. Also 3D stills are possible with single lens. The back has a 3.3-inch high-res OLED touchscreen, which will look gorgeous. Sony’s ‘Pixel Super Resolution’ processing powering the camera for simultaneously 12-megapixel still photos while shooting 1080i video, without interrupting the video capture. The TX55 supports Sony’s Memory Stick Pro media (of course) along with microSD/SDHC cards for up to 16 GB of removable storage.
Sony Cyber-shot DSC-TX55 will be available in September for about $350.
