Alienware M17x 3D Ready Notebook Review

Alienware continues to impress with its new M17x gaming laptop. Sporting a refreshed case design and a amazing array of features and performance parts, the M17x sets the bar for DirectX 10 3D-gaming performance in a notebook. The new Alienware M17x features an all-new anodized aluminum chassis offered in a really dark or silver finish. The whole design appears much more commercial and aggressive compared to rounded “alien head” situation of earlier Alienware notebooks.

The large, backlit keyboard spans the width of the chassis and the tactile keys respond well, for comfortable long-term use. The huge touchpad is just as good to use and is also backlit around its border.
