Nikon Coolpix P510 42x Superzoom Digital Camera [Review]
Nikon has launched the new full-featured P series camera named as Coolpix P510 super-zoom digital camera. The P510 features a 16.1-megapixel backside illumination CMOS sensor, a super wide-angle 24mm-1000mm equivalent 42x wide-angle optical Zoom-Nikkor ED glass lens, EXPEED C2 dual image processor, 1080p full HD video recording, a 3-inch vari-angle LCD screen, hybrid vibration reduction stabilization system with image-sensor shift VR and electronic VR, Backlighting scene mode, in-camera high dynamic range (HDR) function, Night Landscape and Portrait modes, Easy Panorama mode, Scene Auto Selector, Best Shot Selector and Smart Portrait System, and a new shooting mode button for continuous frame shooting and a pre-shooting cache.
The Nikon P510 is its usual small, light, handsome self, with only a few immediately obvious modifications from its predecessor P500. You’ve never been closer to the action than you are with this 42x wide-angle optical Zoom-NIKKOR® ED glass lens. This full-featured compact camera also comes complete with built-in GPS capabilities, allowing you to track their adventures and geotag photos. Geotagged photo and movie files integrate with Nikon’s my Picturetown® photo sharing site, Google Earthâ„¢ and Nikon View NX2â„¢ software. Its optical zoom pulls you in from wide panoramas to crisp close-ups. Plus, a side zoom control marks the end of shaky zooms—freeing you to capture great action photos with minimal blur.
The COOLPIX P510 is all you need to shoot eye-catching photographs, this camera has a large 3-inch wide viewing angle TFT LCD monitor with anti-reflection coating for detailed and clear view. And for those who want even more compositional freedom, the versatile COOLPIX P510 comes with an eye-level electronic viewfinder.
COOLPIX P510 features a One-Touch record button that lets you shoot Full HD (1080p) movies with stereo sound and the ability to utilize the expansive zoom range during recording with AF for dynamic videos. It’s great for sporting events because it will record high-speed activity in slow motion, catching action missed by the human eye. The COOLPIX P510 also has an HDMI-CEC output for simple playback on your HDTV or computer—so now it’s as easy to watch your own movies as it is to shoot them.
It built with Auto panorama modes. The dual processors also allow for a new trick for Nikon – Easy Panorama. Rather than shoot a series of carefully captured images and have them stitched in the camera or on a computer, the Nikon P510 allows you to capture either 180-degree or 360-degree panoramic images by just pressing the shutter and sweeping the camera over the image area. It’s pretty awesome feature, and seems to work pretty well.
The camera has Rechargeable Li-Ion Battery EN-EL5. You can take up to 240 still pictures with fully charged battery. It has a spacious 90 MBinternal memory, you can store horde of high-resolution images and can rapidly transfer those pictures from a memory card to a computer. The camera supports SD/SDHC/SDXC memory card.
The Coolpix P510 will have a price tag of $429.95 in US and Rs. 23500 in India.

I have purchased this camera in India, but i have some doubts regarding this.
1. How can i registered this camera by using its serial number on nikon website?
2. I tried to connect this camera with my computer but it’s tried to install its driver but it fails and “MTP USB device” displays fail icon.
How can i resolve this problems?
